Refund Policy

At Clearly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days for a full refund.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible unless defective.


2. Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@clearly-store.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products (unless defective)


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
